Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    cinnamon to taste
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes into casserole bowl.
    Cut butter over the top of potatoes.
    Sprinkle 1/3 cup of sugar over potatoes. Sprinkle cinnamon over top (lightly).
    Pour over vanilla (do not mix).
    Set in warm oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir after 15 minutes and cover with lid until remaining 15 minutes. Serve hot.
