Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted butter
    1 lb. carton sour cream
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes only.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
