Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes, drained
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms until tender.
    Combine with shrimp, rice, vegetables and seasonings in a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour 1/2 cup of butter over.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Trim with wreath of parsley and stuffed olive slices.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
