Orange Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    2 c. orange juice
    2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange gelatin
    1 pint orange sherbet
Preparation
    Drain juice from oranges and add enough orange juice to have 2 cups.
    Pour juice into small sauce pan.
    Heat and dissolve gelatin.
    Add sherbet.
    Stir.
    Add mandarin oranges and pour mixture into mold.\tRefrigerate until set.\tServes 8.
