Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size potatoes
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2/3 c. salad dressing
    1/3 c. cream
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Mix together the vinegar, salad oil, salt, sugar and prepared mustard.
    Pour this over the potatoes which have been diced and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    To this, add chopped celery, carrots, sweet pickles, hard-boiled eggs, onion, salad dressing and cream.
    After mixing, refrigerate if you are not going to serve right away.
