Pear And Blue Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. bite size pieces romaine lettuce
    2 red pears, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
    1/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
Preparation
    To toast walnuts, heat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake in ungreased shallow pan about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Add to lettuce, pears and cheese. Toss with cider vinaigrette just before serving.
