Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 doz. eggs
    1/2 lb. American cheese, slivered
    1/4 lb. small cottage cheese
    1 large onion, diced
    1 small can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms, sliced
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Mix everything in bowl.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    May be made night before.
