Easy Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    6 green onions or 1 medium onion
    4 oz. egg noodles (1 inch wide)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed.
    Brown beef.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce.
    Simmer about 15 minutes (will look skimpy).
    In bowl, mix onion, sour cream and cottage cheese.
