Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; set aside.
Prepare tortillas, (dip in heated butter or moisten in microwave).
Prepare sauce as directed.
Place filling in tortillas, roll up and place in baking dish with cover.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
