Salmon Duff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 can salmon
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 cans French fried onion rings (save 1/2 can to top casserole)
Preparation
    Combine beaten eggs, liquid from salmon and salmon, broken into chunks.
    Mix with rest of ingredients.
    Bake in casserole dish in hot (450\u00b0) oven about 20 minutes or until firm.
