Eye Of Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eye of round roast
    salt and pepper
    rosemary
    garlic cloves
Preparation
    Make slits in roast and place garlic in slits (scatter the slits). Rub roast with oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.
    Place roast in baking pan or dish with about 1/2 cup or so of water in bottom.
    Keep moist.
    Bake 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
