Frankfurter Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 2/3 c. undiluted canned milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Kraft processed American cheese
    3 c. noodles
    1 lb. frankfurters
Preparation
    Mix chopped green pepper and onion, prepared mustard and flour; simmer canned milk and salt in saucepan over low heat to just below boiling.
    Add shredded Kraft American cheese; stir over low heat until the cheese melts.
    Place cooked noodles in buttered 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Top with frankfurters; spread green pepper mixture over frankfurters.
    Pour cheese sauce over all. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
