Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. raw carrots
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar or less
chicken, cooked and cut up into small pieces
1 Tbsp. Kraft clear French salad dressing per c. chicken
1 c. diced celery to 2 c. chicken
1 c. mayonnaise to 1 c. chicken*
1 medium pineapple chunks, drained, to 2 c. chicken
1/2 c. sliced almonds to 2 c. chicken
1 c. grapes to 2 c. chicken
salt and paprika to taste
Preparation

*I have found it works and tastes better to use about 3/4 cup of mayonnaise to 1 cup of chicken.
