Polenta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Old Method:
    Bring water and salt to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan.
    Add corn meal slowly and cook slowly, stirring constantly, for about 20 minutes.
    Mixture will be thick and smooth.
    Turn onto a large platter.
    Serve with a meat or tomato sauce.
