Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium size potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 carton sour cream (1 pt.)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add cream cheese and sour cream.
    Add butter.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    May add paprika or chives. Make ahead recipe.
    Very elegant and tasty.
    Place in heated oven for 20 minutes when ready to serve dinner.
