Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, chopped
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, carrots and salt and let stand 1 hour.
    Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and boil for 1 minute.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Add 1 chopped green pepper, 3 ribs chopped celery and 1 small chopped onion and mix again.
    Package and freeze.
    To thaw, place in refrigerator overnight.
