Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks and milk.
Let come to a boil in saucepan.
Pour 1 cup sugar in a skillet and brown.
Pour in the saucepan mixture into the skillet and cool until thick.
Add butter.
Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell and top with meringue. Brown in a hot oven.
