Ingredients

8 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. cream or Milnot
6 c. milk
Preparation

Prepare home freezer according to directions.
In saucepan, beat eggs well; add sugar and milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, just until mixture reaches boiling point.
Cool, beating occasionally with rotary beater.
When cool, add the cream and vanilla.
Pour into freezer and freeze as directed.
