Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 large eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs together.
    In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
    Add together and mix well.
    Add carrots and pecans. Stir well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in 3 layer pans.
