Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Combine egg, grated orange peel, orange juice and salad oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes until done.
Remove from pan; cool.
Wrap; store overnight.
(I use mini loaf pans and give as gifts.
Just cook less time.)
