Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 small jar peach preserves
1 small jar apricot preserves
3 lb. chicken (any parts, skin on or off)

Preparation

Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves.
Place chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking pan and pour mixture over chicken and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
