Gold Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 1/3 c. flour, sifted
    5 eggs
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. almond extract or lemon
Preparation
    Cream together flour and margarine.
    Add eggs one at a time. Add sugar and beat.
    Add baking powder, salt and extract.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Put in well-greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
