Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 slices red onion
    2 Tbsp. each: olive oil and lime juice
    2 large bell peppers, halved
    2 cloves garlic
    3/4 c. salsa
    8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
    1 c. Cheddar
Preparation
    Combine chicken, onion, oil, lime juice, peppers, garlic and salsa.
    Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 24 hours.
    Grill or broil chicken and vegetables 4 to 5-inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes per side.
    Bring marinade to a boil.
    Cut into thin strips.
    Divide among tortillas; drizzle with marinade and cheese.
