Vegetable Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 qt. tomatoes, undrained
    1 c. cut corn
    1 c. sliced okra
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen butter beans
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 medium onion, quartered
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until browned in a large Dutch oven.
    Drain off excess drippings.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Yield: 8 servings.
