Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast (or pork)
    1 Tbsp. grated ginger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. dried chives
    2 small cans mushrooms
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut meat into bite-size pieces and in large pan brown in olive oil.
    Add ginger, onion, garlic and chives.
    Stir-fry until onions are tender-crisp.
    Add mushrooms and soy sauce.
    Push to one side of pan and break eggs in empty side, scrambling them.
    Add rice and sesame seed and heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
