Fresh Apple Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 large eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour and dry ingredients together.
Put in 9 x 11 x 2-inch greased pan.
