Palm Beach Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. new red potatoes or regular skinned potatoes
    1 large onion
    4 eggs, boiled and finely mashed
    2 celery stalks
    2 heaping Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes (with skin on) until you can put a fork in them easily.
    (Keep checking.)
    Set them aside to cool.
    Peel and mash the eggs.
    Cut up the celery and onion into small pieces.
    Cut the potatoes into bite-sized chunks.
    Put into a large bowl; add ingredients and toss with hands.
    Chill and enjoy!
