Stuffed Shells Florentine(Great To Make Ahead And Just Heat Before Company Arrives!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sauce (your favorite)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed chopped spinach
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 to 2 pkg. jumbo shells
    2 eggs
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Cook shells according to package directions.
    Combine in a bowl, drained spinach, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, eggs and 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Fill shells with cheese mixture.
