Chop Suey Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 bag coconut (about)
Preparation

Put all ingredients into mixing bowl.
Mix with spoon until blended (do not use mixer).
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. (I grease pan well and put granulated sugar in bottom, making sure to cover and shake excess loose, this is used in place of flour.)
