Potato Soup(For 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 3 pieces celery, chopped fine
    1 small carrot, chopped fine
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    1/2 c. Velveeta, diced
    1 can condensed milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients you choose and let simmer a few minutes.
    Serve with the crackers of your choice.
