Almond Toffee Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    5 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 pt. light cream or evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, coffee, cocoa, cream, vanilla and almonds.
    Blend well.
    Pour into 1 gallon freezer; add enough milk to fill freezer.
    Freeze according to instructions.
