Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. small frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Cook mixed vegetables, celery and onion.
Drain.
Add cheese and mayonnaise.
Put mixture in casserole.
Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers.
Melt the oleo and drizzle over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
