Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    2 onions, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    3 (14 oz.) cans beef broth
    1 1/2 c. red wine
    1/2 tsp. basil
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    2 zucchini, sliced
    3 c. uncooked bow tie noodles
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown and drain.
    Add garlic, onion, broth, wine, basil and tomatoes to sausage; simmer 30 minutes.
    Add parsley, noodles and zucchini to soup.
    Continue to simmer 25 minutes.
    Serve sprinkled with fresh Parmesan cheese.
