Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    3 c. white flour or use all white flour (5 c. total)
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt.
    Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    (Will keep for 6 weeks.)
    When baking muffins, line microwave pan with cupcake liners, fill 1/2 full (2 tablespoons each).
    Cook 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
    Remove from pan and place muffins on cooling rack.
