Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    Pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked 10 inch pie shell
Preparation
    Blend ingredients together but do not over beat.
    Turn into unbaked pie shell and bake 35 to 45 minutes in a 325 oven until lightly brown and set.
