Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. medium Cheddar, shredded
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    paprika (garnish)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet on medium heat.
    Add flour; stir in milk.
    When mixture bubbles, then set off eye.
    Add salt.
    Stir in cheese.
    Cook macaroni as directed; drain.
    Stir sauce in macaroni.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 10 minutes.
