Sesame Gingered Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. tenderloin chuck
    2 c. flour
    1 c. oil
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. shallots
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. scallions
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. beef broth
    4 oz. sherry
    2 tsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Toss meat in flour and shake off excess.
    Brown beef on all sides in oil, 3 to 4 minutes; drain oil.
    Lower heat; add butter, garlic, shallots and ginger.
    Stir 1 minute.
    Add sherry, soy sauce, brown sugar and beef broth.
    Bring to a boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add scallions and sesame seed.
    Serve over rice or fettucini noodles.
