Rhubarb Custard Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 c. diced rhubarb
2 c. whipping cream or half and half
Preparation

Mix cake mix according to directions on the package.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix rhubarb and sugar together; sprinkle over cake mix batter.
Pour whipping cream or half and half over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until done.
The fruit and custard sink to the bottom during baking and form a nice custard layer.
