Chicken-Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. uncooked brown rice
    2 (6 oz.) whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli.
    Prepare rice according to package directions, except don't use margarine and cook for half the time (do not drain).
    Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips.
    In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook chicken strips and onion in margarine. Stir continuously for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add the rice and its cooking water.
    Add broccoli and garlic.
