Seafood Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 tsp. Knox gelatine (1 envelope)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 to 1 1/2 oz. canned shrimp
1 to 1 1/2 oz. canned crab meat
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Dissolve gelatine in 2 teaspoons water.
Mix gelatine and undiluted shrimp soup.
Cook on low heat until not lumpy.
Add cream cheese and cook until smooth.
Remove from stove.
Add remaining ingredients and mold overnight.
Good served on crackers.
