Parmesan Yogurt Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced thin
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray oblong casserole dish with Pam. Place chicken in casserole dish and dribble with lemon juice. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
    In small bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and green onions; spread this mixture over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, for 60 minutes.
    Drain off pan juices.
    Sprinkle chicken with Parmesan cheese.
    Broil until cheese is slightly browned.
