Hot Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. sliced hamburger dill pickles
    5 lb. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    4 oz. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Buy sliced hamburger dill pickles.
    Do not use crinkled cut pickles.
    Drain the juice off one gallon and toss it away and use the juice of the other gallon.
    It makes enough for both gallons of pickles.
    Drain juice off pickles into a large container.
    Add sugar, minced garlic and Tabasco sauce to the juice.
    Dissolve in microwave on Low, just to dissolve sugar.
    Pour juice back into pickles.
    Any juice left over, toss it away.
    For seven days turn jar upside down each day and then reverse.
