Beef And Pepper Rice Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips or 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. sliced onion
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth or 2 bouillon cubes and water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
2 green peppers, coarsely chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained
Preparation

Brown beef in oil in a 10-inch skillet.
Stir in onions, rice, beef broth, one soup can of water and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat until liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
Stir in green peppers and pimentos. Heat thoroughly.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
