Tomato And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 6 slices bacon
6 or 7 eggs
1 qt. tomatoes
salt, black pepper and paprika
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Set aside.
Drain most of juice off tomatoes.
Add to skillet and if whole, mash slightly.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Crumble bacon and add to tomatoes.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour into a rather shallow baking dish.
Carefully break the eggs and drop into the tomatoes, one at a time.
With a tablespoon, gently ease (from underneath) down into the tomatoes. Sprinkle each egg with paprika.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until egg yellows are firm.
