Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 can creamed corn (smallest size)
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
