Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans cut tomatoes
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 large green pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 large red pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 head garlic
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 lb. Roma tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 green jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    2 yellow jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    2 dark green jalapenos, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Mix together and let set overnight in the refrigerator (if using fresh).
    If canning, put in jars and hot water bath to seal.
