Sprouts A La Brigoule - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. Brussels sprouts
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped, cooked chestnuts
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. bouillon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    2 thin slices lemon, cut in quarters
Preparation
    Cook Brussels sprouts; arrange in greased casserole; add vegetables and chestnuts to bouillon and cook 10 minutes; add butter, season to taste and add lemon.
    Pour vegetable mixture over sprouts and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes. Approximate yield:
    6 portions.
