Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole kernel corn, don't drain
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 stick melted butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to
    375\u00b0.\tMix all ingredients together in a casserole dish.
    (The
    sour
    cream\tmixes
    better,\tif
    you microwave it to get
    it a little warm.) Bake, uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes.
    It will
    seem a little runny in the middle but it sets up once it's
    out of the oven.
    You can bake it longer if you'd rather not have it runny.
