Special Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 small onion, minced
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Pour mixture over steak in shallow dish.
    Cover; refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight to marinate.
    Remove steaks and reserve marinade.
    In large skillet, brown steak in 1 tablespoon oleo. Add marinade, plus 1/2 cup water.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
