Dilly Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 lb. carrots, cut into 2-inch strips or 1 lb. baby carrots
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Add vinegar and sugar and mix well.
Add carrots and dill weed.
Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
Pour sauce over carrots and let stand overnight.
Heat before serving.
